We offer Complimentary Express Shipping Worldwide.

Shipping takes 3 working days. We are using DHL Express as our main mail carrier. All Items are certified post-purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for the certification process to complete.


We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days after receiving the item.
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at no later than 14 business days after receipt. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact us.

If the product received is incorrect, we will reimburse you your return shipping costs.

If the merchandise is being returned for any other reason, we kindly ask that you bear the costs of the initial & return shipping.

The merchandise must be in the same condition as when shipped to you in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

The merchandise must be returned with a valid Tracking Number. We are not responsible if the returned item is lost.

All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds.

“New and unused condition” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way.

*** The following items can’t be returned or exchanged: custom or personalized orders, engraved rings, engraved necklaces, engraved bracelets.

Warranty Information

Yes, our gold and diamond pieces are under warranty for one year after purchase exclusively to the original buyer. We’d be happy to help in tending to any problems with your piece during this time. Buyer is responsible for paying shipment costs to and from the studio, as well as any charges related to replacement of gemstones, diamonds. The warranty DOES NOT cover replacement of broken/damaged/lost gemstones and diamonds.

Please note: This warranty is void if your piece has been altered by another jewelry, including changes in sizing.
